      These solar panels were purchased in bulk from the manufacturer (PowerFilm Solar in Ames, Iowa) and shipped to us in bulk without individual packages/boxes.  They are in brand new condition and never used except to test and confirm functionality.  If you require an original packing box as proof of age, you will need to pay a premium to a different seller.

     This Mil-Spec,20 Watt, 1.2 amp, 15.4V Foldable Solar Charger (PowerFilm F15-1200) is aperfect starting point to solar charge batteries and small electronic devices.One or more of the available accessories (cigarette lighter socket adapter, solarcharge controller, USB adapter) are required.  It is a great solar panelfor charging cell phones and other USB-charged devices, but we recommend purchasing an adapter (PowerFilmRA-14), as that adapter has been tested with this panel.  Other 12V-to-USBadapters may work, but you will need to have an adapter to convert the solarpanel voltage to USB voltage to charge your cell phones.  The panel comeswith a PowerFilm RA-2 female cigarette lighter adapter.

     The panel is best suited torecharge 12-volt batteries using an appropriate solar charge controller, produce off-grid power for smallradios, most USB devices, small battery chargers (AA, AAA, RCR123A, etc.),small outdoor lighting units, and many more.
